ATCSLGF Corporate Disclosure — 3 November 2024

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 20.10.2024 regarding unitholders meeting for extension of the Fund, the Trustee of the Fund has further informed that the Chairman of the meeting Mr. Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury, representing Bangladesh General Insurance Co. PLC as Trustee, declared that the majority unit holders' decision was "No Extension" of the Fund. They have also requested Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission to provide guidelines in this regard.

20.10.2024 তারিখে তহবিল সম্প্রসারণের জন্য ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের মিটিং সম্পর্কে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি পড়ুন, ফান্ডের ট্রাস্টি আরও জানিয়েছেন যে সভার চেয়ারম্যান জনাব আহমেদ সাইফুদ্দিন চৌধুরী, ট্রাস্টি হিসাবে বাংলাদেশ জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোং পিএলসি প্রতিনিধিত্ব করছেন , ঘোষণা করেছে যে সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ ইউনিট হোল্ডারদের সিদ্ধান্ত ছিল তহবিলের "কোন এক্সটেনশন নেই"। তারা বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশনকে এ বিষয়ে নির্দেশনা দেওয়ার অনুরোধও করেছে।
