(Cont. news of ATCSLGF): to extension of the tenure of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund (close-end mutual fund) for another 10 years due to the failure of complying necessary Rules of Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Bidhimala, 2001. In view of the above and in compliance with section 7.1 (1) of the prospectus BGIC as trustee of the fund has informed that the tenure of said fund will expire on March 10, 2025. (end)

(ATCSLGF-এর চলমান সংবাদ): সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড) বিধানমালা, ২০০১-এর প্রয়োজনীয় নিয়ম মেনে চলতে ব্যর্থতার কারণে এশিয়ান টাইগার সন্ধানী লাইফ গ্রোথ ফান্ড (ক্লোজ-এন্ড মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড) এর মেয়াদ আরও ১০ বছরের জন্য বৃদ্ধি করা হচ্ছে। উপরোক্ত বিষয়গুলির পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে এবং প্রসপেক্টাসের ধারা ৭.১ (১) অনুসারে, তহবিলের ট্রাস্টি হিসেবে BGIC জানিয়েছে যে উক্ত তহবিলের মেয়াদ ১০ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে শেষ হবে। (শেষ)
