Note -2(a) ii: Going Concern: The company had an agreement with Hero Honda Motors Limited to assemble and market ''Hero Honda'' brand motor cycle. Due to separation of business relation with Hero Honda Motors Limited in 2013 raw material was not imported from Hero Honda and there was no production of Hero Honda during the financial year 2014-2015.
