Mazibur Rahman Khan, one of the Directors (Public Shareholder Director) of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 20,000 shares out of his total holding of 24,639 shares of the Company to his two daughters, namely, Ms. Tanha Noor (10,000 shares) and Ms. Tahsin Samiha (10,000 shares), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
