ATLASBANG Corporate Disclosure — 4 May 2025

(Cont. news of ATLASBANG): Direct Procurement Method (DPM) in Bangladesh, With the written consent/approval from BHL, ABL may sell through Open Tender Method (OTM) in Bangladesh. As per condition (Clause no-13.4) of this Business Agreement, ABL will terminate the existing Business & Technical Assistant Agreement (B&TAA) with TVS Auto Bangladesh Limited from 31 July 2025. (আটলাসব্যাং-এর চলমান সংবাদ): বাংলাদেশে সরাসরি ক্রয় পদ্ধতি (ডিপিএম), বিএইচএল-এর লিখিত সম্মতি/অনুমোদনের মাধ্যমে, এবিএল বাংলাদেশে উন্মুক্ত দরপত্র পদ্ধতি (ওটিএম) এর মাধ্যমে বিক্রি করতে পারে। এই ব্যবসায়িক চুক্তির শর্ত (ধারা নং-১৩.৪) অনুসারে, এবিএল ৩১ জুলাই ২০২৫ থেকে টিভিএস অটো বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেডের সাথে বিদ্যমান ব্যবসায়িক ও কারিগরি সহকারী চুক্তি (বিএন্ডটিএএ) বাতিল করবে। (অবশেষ ২)
