The company has informed that they had filed a prayer of writ petition against the issuance of CIB report by Bangladesh Bank to the Honorable High Court. The Honorable High Court has passed an Order of stay operation of the inclusion of the name of the company in the CIB list for a period of 6 months from 17.04.2016. It is to be noted that the CIB report was issued by Bangladesh Bank regarding loan defaulting issues of the company with several banks.
