The payments were made as per books of accounts purchases. 2. As per BSEC notification no. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/217/Admin/90, dated May 21, 2019 "all sponsors and directors other than independent directors of a company listed with stock exchange minimum 30% shares of paid up capital of the company" (cont.2)
