AZIZPIPES Corporate Disclosure — 29 April 2024

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided that the production activities would be temporarily shut down from 01.05.2024 due to lack of working capital of the company and local suppliers do not supply raw materials (resin) on credit on time resulting shortage of stock of raw materials. Production activities will resume again when working capital arrangements and raw material (resin) supply will be normal.
