The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to withdraw the Rights Issue proposal from BSEC subject to the approval of the shareholders in the upcoming AGM of the Company, to be held on 29.12.2016. The Board took the decision in consideration to revise the proposed financing option along with the envisaged BMRE scheme in the context of the Company's present operating financial condition.
