(Continuation news of BANGAS): and Welfare Funds: This represents 5% of net profit before tax, contributed by the company as per provisions of the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006 (amendment-2013). The Company recognizes contribution to Workers Profit Participation and Welfare Fund in the accounts from the year 2017. The fund transfer is under process and will be paid after completion of necessary legal process. The company made provision for WPPF in line with section (cont.2)
