The Company has informed that Mr. Md. Rabiul Haque who was a sponsor director of the company passed away on January 15, 2023. His 168,145 shares of the company will be transmitted according to the Court Order against succession case no. 21/2023. As per the Court Order, Mr. Mohammad Wasim Iftekharul Haque (son) will receive 84,073 shares and Mr. Asif Waqfiul Haq (son) will receive 84,072 shares of the company.
