Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.05.2021 regarding issuance of Perpetual Bond, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided to issue Unsecured Contingent-Conversion Floating Rate Perpetual Bond of Tk. 5,000.00 million through Public Offering of 10% and Private Placement of rest 90% to have capital support under Additional Tier-1 Capital of Basel- III and to comply with Debt Securities Rules-2021 dated May 31, 2021 and (cont.)
