With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 18.10.2018 regarding Issuing of 7 years Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that BSEC vide its letter dated July 16, 2019 has given consent for raising of capital of the company through issuance of Floating Rate Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond of Tk. 500.00 crore only divided into 500 bond of Tk. 10,000,000.00 each through (cont.)
