The Company has informed that the BSEC has accorded approval of the draft prospectus for floating an open end Mutual Fund namely "UFS Bank Asia Unit Fund" of Tk. 100.00 crore only divided into 10.00 crore Units at a face value of Tk. 10.00 each.
