The Company has further informed that the Board meeting scheduled to be held on February 25, 2016 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2015, has been postponed as the Company is yet to receive their required clearance of the audited financial statements from Bangladesh Bank. New date and time of the meeting will be notified after receiving the required clearance from Bangladesh Bank.
