BANKASIA Corporate Disclosure — 30 April 2026

The Authorized Capital of the Company will be increased from 15,000,000,000.00 (Taka one thousand five hundred crore) divided into 1,500,000,000 (one hundred fifty crore) ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 each to Tk. 30,000,000,000.00 (Taka three thousand crore) only divided into 3,000,000,000 (three hundred crore) ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 each subject to the approval from Bangladesh Bank, and the adoption of Special Resolution by the Shareholders of the Company at the General Meeting.

বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের অনুমোদন এবং সাধারণ সভায় কোম্পানির শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের দ্বারা বিশেষ প্রস্তাব গৃহীত হওয়া সাপেক্ষে, কোম্পানির অনুমোদিত মূলধন প্রতিটি ১০.০০ টাকা মূল্যের ১,৫০০,০০০,০০০ (একশত পঞ্চাশ কোটি) সাধারণ শেয়ারে বিভক্ত ১৫,০০০,০০০,০০০.০০ (এক হাজার পাঁচশত কোটি) টাকা থেকে প্রতিটি ১০.০০ টাকা মূল্যের ৩,০০০,০০০,০০০ (তিনশত কোটি) সাধারণ শেয়ারে বিভক্ত ৩০,০০০,০০০,০০০.০০ (তিন হাজার কোটি) টাকায় বৃদ্ধি করা হবে।
