The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from Tk. 300.00 crore to Tk. 400.00 crore subject to approval of the shareholders in the EGM. The Board has also decided to issue 8,00,00,000 non-listed, non-convertible, cumulative, redeemable preference share of Tk. 10.00 each amounting Tk. 80.00 crore through private placement for meeting up financing needs of the Company.
