Gulam Rabbani Chowdhury, one of the Nominated Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his selling of 48,94,122 shares (in the Block Market) whereas NRB Ventures (pvt.) Limited another Corporate Director of the company has completed its buying of 48,94,122 shares at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 27.04.2022.
