BARKAPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 30 October 2022

(Continuation of BARKAPOWER): as against Tk. 3.17 (restated), Tk. 21.30 (restated) and Tk. 3.44 respectively for the same period of the previous year. Consolidated EPS has been decreased at the end of the period due to significant increase of exchange loss in foreign currency transactions incurred in Associate Companies. Consolidated NOCFPS has been decreased during the period due to decrease in collection from customers over payments. (end)
