BARKAPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 31 January 2023

(Continuation news of BARKAPOWER): Consolidated EPS and Consolidated NAVPS have decreased due to significant increase of exchange loss in foreign currency transactions incurred in Associates Companies and decrease of power supply demand of its own. Consolidated NOCFPS has increased due to increase in collection from customer and other sources whereas relatively decrease in income tax payment and financial expenses. (end)
