BARKAPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 6 February 2023

Abdul Bari, one of the Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell 47,14,138 shares (in the Block Market) whereas NRB Ventures (Pvt.) Limited and Fusion Holdings (Pvt) Limited, both the Corporate Directors of the company, have expressed their intention to buy 20,45,579 shares and 26,68,559 shares respectively at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.

কোম্পানির অন্যতম পরিচালক আব্দুল বারী 47,14,138টি শেয়ার (ব্লক মার্কেটে) বিক্রি করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন যেখানে এনআরবি ভেঞ্চারস (প্রা.) লিমিটেড এবং ফিউশন হোল্ডিংস (প্রা.) লিমিটেড, উভয় কোম্পানির কর্পোরেট ডিরেক্টর। আগামী ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জের মাধ্যমে প্রচলিত বাজার মূল্যে (ব্লক মার্কেটে) যথাক্রমে ২০,৪৫,৫৭৯টি শেয়ার এবং ২৬,৬৮,৫৫৯টি শেয়ার কেনার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছে।
