The company has informed that Abdul Bari, one of the Directors of the Company, has completed his sale of 47,14,138 shares of the Company whereas NRB Ventures (Pvt.) Limited and Fusion Holdings (Pvt) Limited, both the Corporate Directors of the company, have completed their buying of 20,45,579 shares and 26,68,559 shares respectively at prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited as per declaration disseminated on 06.02.2023.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির অন্যতম পরিচালক আব্দুল বারী তার কোম্পানির 47,14,138টি শেয়ার বিক্রি সম্পন্ন করেছেন যেখানে NRB ভেঞ্চারস (Pvt.) লিমিটেড এবং ফিউশন হোল্ডিংস (Pvt) লিমিটেড, উভয় কর্পোরেট ডিরেক্টর। কোম্পানি, 06.02.2023 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে প্রচলিত বাজার মূল্যে যথাক্রমে 20,45,579টি শেয়ার এবং 26,68,559টি শেয়ার ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করেছে।
