BARKAPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 2 May 2023

(Continuation news of BARAKAPOWER): Consolidated EPS has decreased at the end of the period due to significant increase of exchange loss in foreign currency transactions incurred in Associates Companies and decrease of power supply demand of its own. Consolidated NOCFPS has increased during the period over earlier period due to increase in collection from customer & other sources whereas relatively decrease in income tax payment & financial expenses during the period.
