BARKAPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 30 January 2024

(Continuation news of BARKAPOWER): Consolidated EPS has been increased due to decrease of exchange loss in foreign currency transactions in associate companies compared to same period in earlier year. Consolidated NOCFPS has been decreased due to less amount received from customer in comparison with payment to suppliers of its own and decrease of cash collection in subsidiary company as cash incentives during the period.
