BATASHOE Corporate Disclosure — 1 June 2023

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Entity rating of the Company as "AAA" and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2022, Bank Liability position as on March 31, 2023 and May 09, 2023 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of ratings declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2022 পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি সহ স্বল্প মেয়াদে "AAA" এবং "ST-1" হিসাবে কোম্পানির সত্তা রেটিং ঘোষণা করেছে, ব্যাংক দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান 31 মার্চ, 2023 এবং 09 মে, 2023 এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত তথ্য।
