BATASHOE Corporate Disclosure — 1 November 2023

(Continuation news of BATASHOE): Net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) has been decreased compare to last year because of various payments to suppliers and contractors for goods and services during the period. Cash payments to suppliers and contractors for goods and services was affected with significant increase in foreign exchange rate, resulted in higher costs of material and services during this period and lower operating cash flow for the business.
