BATASHOE Dividend Disclosure

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 105% of paid-up capital which is Tk. 10.50 per share amounting to Tk. 143,640,000 in addition to the interim dividend of 143% of paid-up capital which is Tk. 14.30 per share amounting to Tk. 195,624,000 declared and paid in December 2025 thus making a total dividend of 248% of paid-up capital which is Tk. 24.80 per share amounting to Tk. 339,264,000 for the year ended 31 December 2025. পরিচালক পর্ষদ ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য পরিশোধিত মূলধনের ১০৫% অর্থাৎ শেয়ার প্রতি ১০.৫০ টাকা হারে মোট ১৪৩,৬৪০,০০০ টাকা চূড়ান্ত লভ্যাংশ এবং ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫-এ ঘোষিত ও পরিশোধিত পরিশোধিত মূলধনের ১৪৩% অর্থাৎ শেয়ার প্রতি ১৪.৩০ টাকা হারে মোট ১৯৫,৬২৪,০০০ টাকা অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন লভ্যাংশ প্রদানের সুপারিশ করেছে, যার ফলে মোট লভ্যাংশ দাঁড়িয়েছে পরিশোধিত মূলধনের ২৪৮% অর্থাৎ শেয়ার প্রতি ২৪.৮০ টাকা হারে মোট ৩৩৯,২৬৪,০০০ টাকা। (চলবে)
