(Continuation news of BATBC): Company's Pilot and Bristol brands. During the current year the Company has received the certified copy of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court's judgement dated 25 July 2018 in favour of the appeal made by the Company. Also, against the judgment and order of the Appellate Division, the Government filed a civil review petition in March 2020. The civil review petition is pending for hearing. Our opinion is not modified in respect of the above matters. (end)
