(Continuation news of BATBC): Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty on the Company's Pilot and Bristol brands. During the current period the Company has received the certified copy of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court's judgement dated 25 July 2018 in favour of the appeal made by the Company. The Government has filed review petition on 25 March 2020 against the judgment passed by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. (cont.2)
