(Continuation news of BATBC): for low segment brands from 1 June 2017 to 6 June 2018. The Company has filed an appeal against this ruling with the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and obtained a stay on the matter. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. Note 44.1 Litigation: The Company has various claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business.
