(Continuation news of BATBC): However, by holding illegal the retrospective portion of the 2018 Special Order, the Court revived the discriminatory regime for only one year, that is from 01 June 2017 to 06 June 2018 and held that any shortfall of revenue under the 2017 Special Order may be recovered from any party or manufacturer during the period of 01 June 2017 to 06 June 2018.
