BATBC Corporate Disclosure — 26 February 2023

(Continuation news of BATBC): the said protection was revoked. BATB was initially not a party to the writ petition, subsequently it became a party through an addition of party application. Upon hearing on multiple occasions, the High Court (HC) passed judgment in the matter on 21 September 2020. By holding the prospective portion of the 2018 Special Order legal, the court did not allow the discriminatory regime to continue. (cont.5)
