BATBC Approves Factory BMRE Investment

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting dated 24th February 2025 approved the investment of BDT 24.90 crore for purchasing & installing laser jet printer in 36 SMD packing lines in both Dhaka & Savar factory. The investment will be funded from internal sources and bank financing based on the cash flow of the Company. The details are as follows: Printer cost: BDT 14.55 crore, Printer installation cost: BDT 10.35 crore and Total Estimated Cost: BDT 24.90 crore.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৪শে ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০২৫ তারিখের সভায় ঢাকা এবং সাভার উভয় কারখানায় ৩৬টি এসএমডি প্যাকিং লাইনে লেজার জেট প্রিন্টার ক্রয় এবং ইনস্টল করার জন্য ২৪.৯০ কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগ অনুমোদন করেছে। কোম্পানির নগদ প্রবাহের উপর ভিত্তি করে অভ্যন্তরীণ উৎস এবং ব্যাংক অর্থায়ন থেকে এই বিনিয়োগের অর্থায়ন করা হবে। বিস্তারিত নিম্নরূপ: প্রিন্টার খরচ: ১৪.৫৫ কোটি টাকা, প্রিন্টার ইনস্টলেশন খরচ: ১০.৩৫ কোটি টাকা এবং মোট আনুমানিক খরচ: ২৪.৯০ কোটি টাকা।
