The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the sale of commercial floor space measuring 5265 square feet, at the 1st (First) Floor of Le Meridian Hotel, (Commercial Block Level-1), Block-C, 79/A Nikunja North C/A, Airport Road, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229 at Tk 145,000,000.00 (Taka fourteen crore fifty lac) only. The book value of the above-mentioned space is Tk. 60,079,800.00 (Taka six crore seventy-nine thousand eight hundred) only.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ লে মেরিডিয়ান হোটেলের 1ম (প্রথম) তলায়, (কমার্শিয়াল ব্লক লেভেল-1), ব্লক-সি, 79/A নিকুঞ্জে 5265 বর্গফুট পরিমাপের বাণিজ্যিক ফ্লোর স্পেস বিক্রির অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। উত্তর সি/এ, এয়ারপোর্ট রোড, খিলক্ষেত, ঢাকা-1229 টাকা 145,000,000.00 (চৌদ্দ কোটি পঞ্চাশ লাখ টাকা) মাত্র। উপরে উল্লিখিত স্থানের বইয়ের মূল্য টাকা। 60,079,800.00 (টাকা ছয় কোটি উনানত্তর হাজার আটশত) মাত্র।
