Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.06.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the AGM will now be held under Hybrid System as a Physical Presence at The Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB), Conference Room, (2nd Floor) Ramna, Dhaka instead of Muktijodha Hall, IDEB Bhaban, 160/A, Kakrak, Dhaka-1000 and Virtually by using Digital Platform through the Link https://bayleasing.bdvirtualagm.com.
