The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of BBS Cables (Unit-2) Ltd. and BBS Cables Limited have decided and entered into ink sign an agreement for using the goodwill (Logo/Trademarks/Patents) of BBS Cables Ltd., its expertise in marketing, procurement, management, purchase & commercial activities, clearance of all imports from Chittagong/Benapole etc. In this connection, BBS Cables (Unit-2) Ltd. will pay approximately Tk. 96.00 Lac (Tk. 1,600X6,000 MT) per year as service fee to (cont.)
