The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to withdraw the Rights Issue application from BSEC subject to the approval of the members in the AGM due to favorable financing proposal from other source to meet up the cost of business expansion of the Company. It is also mentioned here that the members of the Company in its EGM held on October 15, 2015, approved the Rights issue proposal.
