With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 30.08.2015) regarding, among others, Issuance of Rights Shares of the Company, the Company has further informed that the shareholders in the EGM have approved the agenda of Rights Shares issue (1 right share against existing 2 shares held) at the price of Tk. 15.00 per share (with Tk. 5.00 premium) instead of Boards earlier proposal for issuance of rights shares at a price of Tk. 20.00 each (with Tk. 10.00 premium), subject to approval of BSEC.
