Ashraf Ali Khan, one of the Sponsors of BBS Cables Limited, has further reported that he has completed his sale of entire holdings of 32,00,000 shares whereas Mr. Mohammad Ruhul Majid and Mr. Hasan Morshed Chowdhury, both are Sponsors Directors of the Company, have further reported that they have completed their buying of 16,00,000 shares each of the Company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 02.02.2021.
