Mr. Md. Ashraf Ali Khan, one of the Sponsors of BBS Cables Limited, has reported his intention to sell 32,00,900 shares out of his total holding of 64,00,900 whereas Mr. Md. Abu Noman Howlader (Managing Director) and Mr. Mohammad Badrul Hassan (Chairperson), both are Sponsors Directors of the Company have reported their intentions to buy 16,00,900 and 16,00,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Stock Exchange (CSE) within next 30 working days.
