(Continuation news of BDAUTOCA): the recommendation declaration of stock dividend is not in line of these regulations of the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC). Upon inquiry it was identified that the Board of Directors were not aware of the regulations and the recommendation of stock dividend and not in line with the regulation was unintentional.
