BDAUTOCA Corporate Disclosure — 18 November 2013

Recently a team of DSE has visited the factory premises and Head Office of Bangladesh Autocars Limited. During the visit, the team has found the following: 1) The production of three wheeler Baby Taxi (Unit-1) was found to be fully closed. The Company informed that it has been closed since 2001-2002; 2) CNG Conversion (Unit-3) does not have much activities; 3) Company is only involved in CNG re-fueling (Unit-2); and 4) The factory premises and head office of the Company has been taken on rental basis from Company's Chairman. The area of the factory and head office is 800 and 1,000 (approx.) square feet respectively.
