The auditor of the Bangladesh Autocars Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" & " Other matter paragraphs" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. The company has refund claim of Tk. 1,070,772 dated: 28.11.2007 and 22.08.2008 to taxation authority for VAT deducted at import stage.
