(Cont. of BD FINANCE): All proposals are subject to stringent due diligence of SIG and SIG will evaluate the risk/return profile of projects on a case- by-case basis. It was further agreed, In the event that SIG acquires at least four percent (4%) of ordinary shares in BD Finance during the term of the Memorandum, SIG shall be guaranteed a position on the board of directors of BD Finance.
