Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.02.2022, the Company has further informed that BSEC has accorded consent for issuance of 6% Stock Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021. The Company has also informed that the Board of Directors has fixed the Record date on 23.05.2022 for entitlement of the aforesaid Bonus Shares.
