The Company has informed that Chowdhury Monwar Ahmed Siddiqui, one of the Sponsors of the company passed away on 14.05.2021. His holding of 1,729,356 shares will be transmitted among his successors according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court. However, the portion of shares of Chowdhury Erteza Ahmed Siddiqui, who is son of the deceased and also a sponsor of the company, will not be transmitted now (cont.)
