BDFINANCE Earnings Update — FY 2023–24

(Continuation news of BDFINANCE): The Company has also reported Consolidated EPS of Tk. (5.60), Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 11.53 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 1.35 for the year ended December 31, 2023 as against Tk. 1.25, Tk. 17.41 and Tk. 2.24 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Board of Directors of the company in the same meeting approved to change of the name of the company to "BANGLADESH FINANCE PLC" from "BANGLADESH FINANCE LIMITED". (cont.2)
