The Company has also informed that reasons for significant deviation in EPS, NOCFPS and NAV per share for the year ended on June 30, 2020 compared to the previous corresponding year are as follows: 1. EPS: Due to the outbreak of deadly Corona Virus (COVID 19), the company failed to earn forecasted revenue to cover its operating fixed costs such as payroll cost, rent, depreciation and finance costs which brought about a loss situation for the Company.
