BDLAMPS Corporate Disclosure — 26 January 2023

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to set up a production line for manufacturing accessories at its existing factory located at Ghashirdia, Shaspur, Shibpur PS, Narsingdi. The expected cost for the project will be Tk. 3.20 crore. The cost of the project will be arranged by bank borrowings. After completion of the project, it is expected that the net sales will be Tk. 21.94 crore and expected net profit before tax Tk. 0.44 crore per year from the said project.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ নরসিংদীর ঘাশিরদিয়া, শাসপুর, শিবপুর পিএসে অবস্থিত তার বিদ্যমান কারখানায় আনুষাঙ্গিক উত্পাদনের জন্য একটি উত্পাদন লাইন স্থাপনের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। প্রকল্পের জন্য প্রত্যাশিত ব্যয় হবে ২ হাজার কোটি টাকা। 3.20 কোটি। প্রকল্পের ব্যয় ব্যাঙ্ক ধারের মাধ্যমে ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। প্রকল্পের কাজ শেষ হলে আশা করা হচ্ছে নিট বিক্রি হবে ৫০ হাজার কোটি টাকা। 21.94 কোটি এবং কর পূর্বে প্রত্যাশিত নিট মুনাফা টাকা উল্লিখিত প্রকল্প থেকে প্রতি বছর 0.44 কোটি টাকা।
