BDLAMPS Corporate Disclosure — 15 December 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "AA-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual audited financial statements of FY 2021-FY 2025, unaudited financial statement of 1st quarter of FY 2025-2026, and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) কোম্পানির সার্ভিল্যান্স রেটিং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA-" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-2" হিসাবে নিশ্চিত করেছে, পাশাপাশি ২০২১-২০২৫ অর্থবছরের বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, ২০২৫-২০২৬ অর্থবছরের প্রথম প্রান্তিকের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রদান করেছে।
